Richard Jenks grew-up a couple stone throws from Garden Isle's current location. He has worked for GVI since February 1996. He has over 30 years of accounting experience and is a retired Army Sergeant Major. He is HACCP certified and understands the operation of our plant which helps him in recommending and implementing cost saving changes.

Tammy is responsible for receivable collections for both Garden & Valley Isle Seafood Inc. and Valley Isle Seafood LLC. Tammy has been in the Food Service arena for over twenty years. She is the one to go to for any receivables inquiries and receivable collection issues.
